A: We will pack in carton box first and inside protected by foam.  If necessary , we can provide wooden packages to enssure safe shipping. Pcking detail pictures and videos  can be provide to double confirm as well.

A: We provide 1 year warranty. if any part is faulty,leadjet will give you replacing parts for free and help instruct to change the faulty parts.
When the warranty expired,Leadjet will still give you technician support for free.The replacing parts have to pay,   we provide lifelong after sale service to you as long as you use our printer.
