Q. Are your machines available and in stock?
A: Yes. All products are available at the time the order is placed.
Q: Can your printer print on my product?
A: Please send us your product and printing requirements (e.g., text, logo) via email or courier. We will test and share the printing video. Note: All shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Q: I have never used an inkjet printer before. Is it difficult?
A:We will provide English Service Manual and Unpacking video guide. It is easy to use.
Q:How about the ink consumption?
A:Ink consumption depends on the printed content, your daily production volume and the temperature. 1L of ink can print 70 million characters. The ink and solvent ratio is 1:8. Available ink colors: black, red, blue, yellow.
Q: What should I do if the printer malfunctions?
A:Take a video to show the issue and parameters. Our professional after-sales engineer will provide a solution. If any non-human-damaged parts are faulty during the warranty period, we will send replacement parts free of charge. Shipping costs for the parts are borne by the buyer.
